Already almost 25 years organise Oldies Club Neerkant three times a year a CD - and record fair in Neerkant (NL). These fair are every last sunday of January, May and September in community house "the Moost", Moostenstraat 3 at Neerkant. The fair starts at 11.00 and finishes at 17.00 hours. As from 9.00 hours the café-part have been opened for both holders and public.
Holders can establish their records from 10.00 till 11.00 hours. Visitors have NO access to the rooms during this hour. Every holder gets a badge from 10.00 after application, which provides access to the several rooms. Without these badge you have no access to the fair till 11.00 hours. Members of Oldies Club Neerkant will take care on this. After or during the fair these badge must be handed in at the organisation. By this working method all holders have enough time and space to arrange their tables. We ask everybody's term and collaboration for this.
At 11.00 hours the doors open for publicly. Demolish and departure by holders earlier than 16.30 hours has not been permitted without authorisation of the organisation. Demolish can mean exclusion for following record fairs.
Only tables can be reserved with your unconditional agreement with the reservation conditions. The dimensions of the tables are 100 x 60 cm. The tables can only be reserved by sending or fax of a reservation form. There is no reservation possible by phone or by e-mail. A table costs 12.50 euro pro meter. Payment of table hiring must occur in advance by discharge of the table hiring on our bank account number 13.60.14.682, under indication of the number of tables and your personal reservationnumber. Both table hiring and the reservation form must swift at us within its therms. Also the possibility of cash payment on the fair exists. It applies then however an allowance of 2.50 euro raised by table, among other things concerning. We accept NO cheques and sending cash money is entirely for own risk, by our it is strongly dissuaded and is equated to cash payment (therefore the allowance).
